  • Separately, Abu Dhabi approved a third 2025 housing benefits package worth Dh4 billion for 3,310 citizens, including loans, grants, ready-built homes, loan exemptions for limited-income seniors, and targeted reductions under the Emirati Family Growth programme, bringing this year’s housing support to Dh15.384 billion for 10,718 citizens.
