UAB Player Charged After Stabbing Two Teammates as Victims Released From Hospital

Police and university officials say there is no broader campus threat.

  • Court records filed Monday identify Daniel Israel Mincey, 20, as the player charged with attempted murder and assault in connection with the Nov. 22 stabbings at UAB’s Football Operations Building.
