Tyrese Haliburton Named NBA All-Star Starter for First Time

The Indiana Pacers guard, currently recovering from a hamstring injury, led all Eastern Conference guards in voting.

Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana Pacers guard, has been named an All-Star starter for the first time in his career.
Haliburton led all Eastern Conference guards in voting by more than one million votes.
He is the first Pacer to be named an All-Star starter since Paul George in 2016.
Haliburton is currently recovering from a hamstring injury but is expected to be back on the floor well in advance of next month's All-Star Game.
He is averaging 23.6 points, 12.6 assists and 4.1 rebounds per game this season.
