Tyrese Gibson Sued for Alleged Property Damage

Airbnb owner claims 'Fast & Furious' actor made 'excessive alterations' to rental property, seeks over $25,000 in damages.

Tyrese Gibson is being sued by Tiffanique Webb, the owner of an Airbnb property he rented, for allegedly making 'excessive alterations' to the property.
The property manager, Tracy Wolf, claims that Gibson caused damage throughout the property by altering electrical panels, adding electrical outlets that weren't up to code, painting a marble fireplace in a shiny gold metallic color, and closing off doors and windows.
Gibson allegedly tried to get the homeowner's gardener to remove 22 banana trees on the grounds and when the gardener refused, he tried to hire another company.
Wolf alleges that Gibson allowed a construction crew to drill holes in the home's wrought iron gate and brand-new stucco exterior.
Webb is suing Gibson for more than $25,000 in damages.
