- Doksuri brought heavy winds and rain to parts of Taiwan before making landfall in China's Fujian province.
- Over 400,000 people were evacuated in China and flights, trains and factories were suspended.
- After hitting land, Doksuri was downgraded to a tropical storm as it continued inland, bringing rain to northern China.
