Overview
- Cameron revealed the pregnancy Tuesday during Dancing With the Stars Dedication Night while performing a contemporary routine dedicated to mothers.
- Host Alfonso Ribeiro staged a live gender reveal at the end of the performance when pink confetti signaled that Cameron and fiancée Tate Madden are expecting a baby girl.
- The moment was explicitly tied to Cameron’s late mother, Andrea, who died in February 2020 from a brain aneurysm; local reporting and Cameron’s posts have identified that cause of death.
- Madden joined Cameron and his professional partner Sharna Burgess onstage, and the couple cradled her baby bump as they shared the news with judges and the ballroom audience.
- The announcement follows the couple’s August 2026 engagement and closes a chapter of public grief for Cameron as he moves toward marriage and parenthood while keeping his mother’s legacy visible through the family’s foundation and the DWTS tribute.
