• Emergency services were called to Parbold Douglas CE Academy Nursery at about 2:43pm on September 19 after reports a child had become unresponsive, and he later died in hospital.
• Lancashire Police confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be passed to HM Coroner.
