Overview

• The Servicio Penitenciario Federal detected the warrants during standard entry controls at Complejo Penitenciario Federal II in Marcos Paz on August 25.

• Noelia Soledad Capoblanco, 33, was wanted under an April 3, 2025 order from Oral Criminal Court No. 4 in an aggravated robbery case that involved an improvised weapon and a minor.
• After SIFCOP alerts were confirmed, the competent courts were notified and the local Marcos Paz police executed the detentions in compliance with judicial mandates.
• Both detainees were placed at the disposal of the justice system pending transfer as ordered by the tribunals, and Security Minister Patricia Bullrich publicly praised the operation.
