Overview

• Two women were recovered from the sea at Portreath and Porthcothan beaches on August 10 and later pronounced dead at the scene.
• One victim is believed to be 41-year-old Roxanne Roberts, with her family notified and formal identification pending.

• RNLI lifeguards and South Western Ambulance Service crews, including land and air ambulances, performed CPR but were unable to revive the swimmers.
