Two-Time Super Bowl Champion Harald Hasselbach Dies at 56

The former Denver Broncos defensive lineman, who also won a Grey Cup in the Canadian Football League, passed away after a six-month battle with cancer.

Harald Hasselbach, a former defensive lineman for the Denver Broncos and a two-time Super Bowl champion, has died at age 56 after a six-month battle with cancer.
Hasselbach, who was diagnosed with metastatic mucinous adenocarcinoma, passed away peacefully at his home.
Before his NFL career, Hasselbach played for the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League, where he won a Grey Cup and was named an All-Star.
During his seven seasons with the Broncos, Hasselbach never missed a game, tallying 17.5 sacks, four forced fumbles and 119 solo tackles.
Hasselbach is survived by his wife, Aundrea, their four children, and four grandchildren.
