Two teenagers killed in eBike crash in Moray, investigation ongoing

- The incident involved a Sur-Ron eBike and four cars: a blue Vauxhall Mokka, a red Renault Clio, a black Vauxhall Corsa, and a white Volkswagen Golf.
- A 14-year-old boy, who was riding the eBike, and a 54-year-old man, driver of the Vauxhall Mokka, were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
