Two Teenagers Charged in Fatal Stabbing of 14-Year-Old on London Bus

Kelyan Bokassa, an aspiring musician and football fan, was stabbed 27 times on his way home from school in Woolwich, southeast London.

Two boys, aged 15 and 16, have been charged with murder and appeared in Bromley Youth Court on January 16; both remain in custody.
A 44-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender but has been released under investigation.
Kelyan’s mother, Mary Bokassa, described her son as kind, caring, and passionate about music and football, while expressing concerns about gang grooming in London.
The Metropolitan Police continue to investigate, appealing for witnesses and community support as Kelyan’s family and friends hold vigils in his memory.
