Overview
- The June draw produced two confirmed £1,000,000 winners with winning bond numbers 662EK268242 (Leeds) and 573GA618329 (Cheshire West and Chester) as published by NS&I.
- NS&I reported more than 5.9 million tax-free prizes worth about £376 million in the June draw including 71 prizes of £100,000.
- The organisation said it will raise the Premium Bonds prize fund rate to 3.80% and shorten the odds to 22,000:1 for the July draw, a change NS&I projects will result in several hundred thousand extra prizes.
- NS&I apologised for an administrative error that left some bereaved estates underpaid and said it will write to affected estates holding £10 or more and issue follow-up payments.
- Bondholders are advised to check results using NS&I’s prize-checker app or website from the second working day of the month and winners are usually alerted first by Agent Million before public publication.
