Two San Antonio Shootings Hours Apart Leave One Critically Hurt, Another Wounded

Police are investigating two separate shootings in San Antonio with suspects at large.

  • Around noon on the Northwest Side, an argument in the 200 block of West Quill Drive escalated into a fistfight before one participant retrieved a gun and shot the other man twice.
  • The Northwest Side victim sustained a leg gunshot and a head injury and was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, while the shooter and a third man who wielded a tire iron left before officers arrived.
