Overview
- NS&I announced two £1 million winners in the monthly Premium Bonds draw on Monday 2 November 2026, one from Shropshire and one from Outer London.
- The Shropshire winning bond is numbered 652GW962089 and is linked to a reported £50,000 holding, while the Outer London winning bond is 175WW854599 and is linked to a reported £30,000 holding.
- Savers can verify results and claim prizes using the NS&I website or the NS&I app by entering their bond or holder numbers, and registered winners may receive notifications by email or text.
- Premium Bonds is a government-backed scheme that enters every £1 bond into a monthly random draw run by NS&I’s electronic system known as Ernie; there are about 22 million participants holding more than £137 billion and each £1 has long odds of winning.
- Monthly draws also award many lower-tier prizes across tiers from £25 to £100,000, so most holders will not win regularly despite analyses that show aggregated winnings can imply a higher average return for the scheme as a whole.
