Two Plead Guilty in Ely Riot Case Following Teenagers' Deaths

Kyrees Sullivan and Harvey Evans died on May 22, 2023, in an e-bike crash in Ely, Cardiff, sparking a riot.
Kyle Telemaque and Jumana Fouad have pleaded guilty to charges of rioting, with Telemaque also admitting to drug-related offenses.
Nine other defendants have pleaded not guilty to the riot charges and are awaiting trial dates.
The riot, which erupted following the crash, resulted in injuries to 15 police officers and significant property damage.
A total of 27 individuals have been charged with rioting, with additional charges for criminal damage against four people.
