Two NYPD Officers Shot by Venezuelan Migrant During Queens Pursuit

The shooting occurred after officers attempted to stop Castro Mata for driving a moped the wrong way.
One officer was saved by his bulletproof vest, while the other was shot in the leg.
Castro Mata is suspected in a series of robberies and assaults in Queens.
