Two Men Plead Not Guilty to Spying for China in UK Court

Christopher Berry, 32, and Christopher Cash, 29, appeared at the Old Bailey, where they denied the charges of espionage.
The alleged offenses took place between December 28, 2021, and February 3, 2023, according to the prosecution.
Christopher Cash previously worked as a parliamentary researcher with access to senior Conservative figures.
Beijing has dismissed the accusations as 'malicious slander,' rejecting any involvement in the case.
A trial is provisionally scheduled to start on October 6 next year at Woolwich Crown Court, expected to last five to seven weeks.
