Overview

• A 39-year-old man was found in the rear garden of a Whiterow Park home around 9.30pm on August 25 and was pronounced dead at the scene.
• Wiltshire Police arrested a 61-year-old from Trowbridge and a 46-year-old from Hilperton on suspicion of murder, and both are being questioned.
• Specialist teams are conducting forensic work including 3D laser scanning, with a forensic tent in place as parts of the scene remain cordoned.
• The road has reopened but property cordons continue, the victim’s next of kin have been informed, and his name has not been released.
