Overview

• San Diego police responded to multiple reports of gunfire around 3:25–3:35 a.m. Saturday near Sunset Avenue and Hollister Street.
• Officers found two adult men with fatal gunshot wounds inside separate camper trailers within an individually fenced vehicle storage facility.
• The site lies roughly 1.5 miles north of the U.S.–Mexico border, according to SDPD Homicide Lt. Lou Maggi.
• Police said one victim appeared white and the other Hispanic, and no identities, motive, or suspect information have been released.
