Overview
- At around 13:20 lifeguards recovered a 69-year-old man unresponsive at Son Moll beach and paramedics declared him dead after resuscitation efforts failed.
- Rescuers were dispatched to Cala Petita at about 15:25 where they saved a 30-year-old woman by sea vessel but could not revive a 60-year-old man.
- A 65-year-old person suffered a drowning episode at Playas de Muro, was resuscitated after 20 minutes of CPR and taken to Clínica Rotger with a reserved prognosis.
- Salvamento Marítimo, Policía Local and local lifeguards coordinated maritime and land operations to reach victims at inaccessible coastal spots.
- Ambulance crews at both sites worked alongside lifeguards in emergency resuscitation attempts but were unable to save the two men.
