Overview
- State police identified the suspects as Jose Antonio Hernandez Guiterrez, 30, and Edgar Jesus Espinoza Gamboa, 28, who were jailed in Franklin County on counts including human trafficking, simple assault and terroristic threats.
- A trooper saw a car exit the Blue Mountain tunnel erratically and crash near mile marker 199 in Lurgan Township, where one man had a deep stab wound to his neck and shoulder.
