Two Men Charged Over Melbourne's Notorious 'Pam the Bird' Graffiti

  • The 21-year-old also faces charges related to a December 2024 incident where a stolen car was rammed into a Footscray restaurant, spray-painted with slogans.
  • Both men have been remanded in custody and are set to appear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court as investigations continue.
