• Preston was found unresponsive and died at Blackpool Victoria Hospital on July 27, 2023, at the age of 13 months.
• The Crown Prosecution Service authorised the prosecutions after reviewing evidence with Lancashire Police and both men are due to appear at Lancaster Magistrates Court today.
