Two Killed in Separate Early-Morning Shootings in Indianapolis
IMPD homicide detectives urge anyone with information to contact them.
Overview
- Officers were dispatched around 12:55 a.m. to the 3100 block of East 10th Street, where an adult man with gunshot wounds received lifesaving aid before being taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.
- Just after 6:45 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of East Troy Avenue on the south side and found a wounded woman who was transported in critical condition and later died at a hospital.
- Police described the incidents as separate shootings in different parts of the city, with no announced links between the cases at this time.
- Investigations are active, and IMPD has not released information on suspects or a possible motive in either case.
