  • Separately, a 72-year-old woman died hours after a three-vehicle collision on the N-340 in La Riera de Gaià that also left three people less seriously hurt.
  • Mossos d'Esquadra arrested a driver in the N-340 case on suspicion of grossly negligent homicide after he allegedly drove under the influence of alcohol and drugs and refused breath tests.
