Overview
- The twin-engine King Air C90 went down around 1:30 p.m. along N. Saginaw Boulevard north of Hicks Airfield, striking multiple trucks and trailers.
- Fort Worth fire officials said two people were found dead at the scene and the fire was brought under control within about 35 minutes.
- The crash damaged at least 10 tractor-trailers and set a nearby building and grass alight, drawing a multi-agency response and closing Business 287 in both directions.
- The NTSB identified the aircraft type and, with the FAA, has opened an investigation that includes reviewing surveillance and witness video.
