Two Injured in Separate Baltimore Argument Shootings as Police Probe Inner Harbor Robbery

Detectives are seeking tips from Metro Crime Stoppers after both victims were listed in stable condition.

  • Police say an 18-year-old was shot in the arm around 12:50 a.m. near East Pratt Street and Light Street and was hospitalized in stable condition.
  • A 47-year-old was shot on the 2800 block of Garrison Boulevard around 2:35 a.m. after an argument with a person he had allowed into his vehicle, and he remains stable.
  • Hours earlier, a 17-year-old was assaulted inside the Harbor Place Pavilion in a case later classified as an unarmed robbery involving juveniles.
  • Investigators have not released suspect descriptions for the shootings and ask anyone with information to call 1-866-7LOCKUP.
  • The incidents were reported as fans gathered for the Ravens game, while city data show multi-year drops in violent crime, including non-fatal shootings down from 651 in 2022 to 416 in 2024 and lower year-to-date totals in 2025.
