Overview
- A Cessna-type aircraft went down shortly before 1 p.m. on January 17 onto the roof of a company facility in the Ramos Arizpe industrial park near Plan de Guadalupe International Airport.
- The two occupants, identified as pilot Armando López Recio, 66, and his wife, Magdalena Cárdenas, 58, were rescued alive and taken to a private hospital in Saltillo.
- State and municipal police, Red Cross paramedics and the Agencia de Investigación Criminal responded and conducted on-site rescue and forensic work.
- Officials reported no injuries inside the facility and no major damage beyond the structure where the plane fell.
