• In an unrelated case, Michael Wilcox Jr., of Worcester, was indicted on murder in the June 18 shooting of his brother, Shaun Tatum, 46, who died the next day after being found on Beacon Street.
• Wilcox was previously arraigned on six charges, and his indictment is being transferred to Worcester County Superior Court for an arraignment scheduled Friday.
