Two Homeless Men Die in Dortmund from Severe Hypothermia

Two homeless men in Dortmund have died within days of each other due to severe hypothermia and pre-existing health conditions.
The first victim, an unidentified man, was found unresponsive outside a shop on February 2 and later died in the hospital.
The second victim, a 49-year-old man of Polish origin, was found on February 5 and also passed away in a hospital after being exposed to the cold.
Police have ruled out foul play in both cases and are working to identify the first victim.
These deaths contribute to a rising toll of homeless individuals who have died outdoors in Dortmund this year, with five such fatalities reported so far.
