Overview

• On June 16, 2025, Jose Romero, 23, and Nathan Garley, 22, were sentenced to life in prison plus 46 years for the September 2023 shooting.
• The drive-by attack outside Isotopes Park stemmed from a case of mistaken identity and involved more than a dozen rounds fired into the Villegas family’s truck.
