Two people died in a collision near Baden-Baden, while six were injured, including three children, in a crash near Siegburg.

In a separate incident near Siegburg, six people, including three children, were injured in a head-on crash on the B56 highway.
The Siegburg crash occurred when a 50-year-old driver veered into oncoming traffic, colliding with a family of six in another vehicle.
Both accidents are under investigation, with the B56 near Siegburg closed for hours for cleanup and evidence collection.
