Overview
- The first shooting struck just before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday on West 17th Street in Chelsea, where 21-year-old Raqiese Cohen was shot in the neck and later died.
- At about 10:45 p.m., officers found a man with a head wound near the Port Authority Bus Station on West 42nd Street in Midtown who succumbed to his injuries.
- No arrests have been made in either incident and detectives are treating both cases as active investigations.
