Overview

• The collision occurred Saturday night at State Route 122 and Dixie Highway and involved three vehicles.
• Three people were taken to Atrium Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, where one was pronounced dead on arrival.
• Two patients were airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital, where one later died and the other remains in critical condition.
• The Middletown Division of Police, assisted by the Butler County S.T.A.R.T. Team, has opened an active investigation.
