Two Dead After Shooting and Crash in East Baltimore's Old Town
Cause of death remains unclear pending the homicide probe.
Overview
- Officers responded around 6:54 a.m. to a reported shooting on the 1000 block of East Monument Street in Old Town.
- Police learned the victims — an unidentified man and a 28-year-old woman — had been in a crash in the nearby 700 block of Ensor Street.
- Medics found both with gunshot wounds, transported them to a hospital, and they were pronounced dead.

- In a separate Monday night case, a 29-year-old woman was killed and a 31-year-old man was critically injured in a shooting believed to have occurred on Poplar Grove in West Baltimore.
