  • Lesbia Mileth Ramirez Guerra, a 23-year-old mother of two from Guatemala, was reported missing on March 31, 2025, by her boyfriend, Keycy Robinson Alexis Barrera-Rosa.

  • Barrera-Rosa, 24, has been charged with her murder and is currently in ICE custody awaiting extradition to Charles County, Maryland.

  • Both suspects, undocumented immigrants from Guatemala, entered the U.S. illegally in 2019 and were issued Notices to Appear before an immigration judge but remained in the country.
