Two Arrested Over Ulez Camera Explosion in London

Metropolitan Police's Counter Terrorism Command continues investigation into explosion caused by a 'low-sophistication' improvised explosive device.

Two men, aged 60 and 61, have been arrested in connection with an explosion that damaged a Ulez camera in Sidcup, south-east London.
The explosion, caused by a 'low-sophistication' improvised explosive device, also damaged a residential property.
The men were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to cause an explosion likely to endanger life or property, and one of them was further arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage.
Searches are being conducted at addresses in Sidcup and Horsham, where the men were arrested.
The Metropolitan Police's Counter Terrorism Command is continuing to appeal for information and camera footage from anyone who was on Willersley Avenue on the evening of the explosion.
