Overview

• Officers were called to a Whiterow Park address at about 9.30pm on August 25 following reports of disorder.
• A 39-year-old man was found in the rear garden and pronounced dead at the scene, and his next of kin have been informed.
• Wiltshire Police arrested a 61-year-old man from Trowbridge and a 46-year-old man from Hilperton on suspicion of murder.
• A police cordon remains in place with forensic teams working at the property, and the force says there is no ongoing threat to the public.
• Investigators appealed for witnesses and relevant video footage, with information also accepted anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
