Two Arrested in Southern California Armed Robbery Spree

Suspects with prior deportations and gun charges accused of robbing eight convenience stores over five months.

Jesus Soto-Parada and Daniel Pavon were arrested on June 13 after robbing a 7-Eleven in Gardena.
The suspects allegedly committed robberies in multiple cities including Buena Park, Cypress, and Newport Beach.
Soto-Parada was deported twice to El Salvador but returned and continued the crime spree.
Authorities recovered stolen cash, a replica handgun, and masks during the arrest.
Both face up to 20 years in federal prison for each count of Hobbs Act robbery.
