• Armean Shirehjini, 41, was identified as the suspected thief and Andranik Avetisyan, 37, as the alleged getaway driver, with both arrested at Shirehjini’s Sherman Oaks home.
• Video shows a well-dressed man taking the gift box at the Renaissance Banquet Hall and getting into a waiting black Mercedes SUV before fleeing.
• Detectives recovered dozens of checks and some cash for the couple, and seized a handgun, additional firearms and various narcotics during search warrants.
