Two Arrested in 2019 Murder Case of Missing Douglas County Woman

Javier Martell and Jennifer Bremer face charges related to the death of Kimberly Bell, whose body remains undiscovered.

Javier Martell, 30, has been charged with first-degree murder, while Jennifer Bremer, 38, faces charges of being an accessory to the crime.
Investigators allege Martell strangled Bell in a car, with Bremer driving, before dismembering her body and disposing of it in Estes Park.
Despite extensive investigation, Bell's remains have not been located, making this a unique challenge for Douglas County authorities.
Martell is held on a $10 million bond, and Bremer was released on a $5,000 recognizance bond, with court appearances set for November and December.
