Two Arrested After Mass Stabbing on LNER Train That Leaves 10 Injured, 9 Critical

Counter-terror police are supporting a major-incident investigation into the attack on the Doncaster to London service.

  • Armed officers stopped the 6:25 pm LNER service at Huntingdon, where two men were detained on the platform.
  • British Transport Police say ten victims were taken to hospital, nine with life-threatening injuries, and no deaths have been confirmed.
