Overview

• On August 14, an armed suspect entered a BanBajío branch in Bosques Camelinas, threatened a cashier and fled with 20,000 pesos toward Bosque Lázaro Cárdenas
• The day before, two motorcycle riders robbed a Santander customer of 260,000 pesos on Avenida Universidad using an orange thermal bag to conceal the cash
• Initial operations by Policía Morelia and Guardia Civil failed to locate any of the suspects in either incident
• Authorities circulated descriptions including a black-and-white jacket and face mask for the BanBajío robber and delivery-style thermal bags for the motorcycle assailants
• Both cases have been reported to the Fiscalía General del Estado, which is now leading formal investigations
