Two Adults Found Dead with Stab Wounds in Norwich Home Alongside Two Girls

Norfolk Constabulary not seeking other suspects, following failure to respond to initial emergency call.

Two adults, a 36-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man named Bartlomiej Kuczynski, were found dead with stab wounds to the neck in a house in Costessey, near Norwich.
Two girls, believed to be Kuczynski's daughters, were also found in the house. Their post-mortem examinations are due on Wednesday.
An emergency 999 call was made from the address an hour before the bodies were discovered, but police failed to respond.
Norfolk Constabulary is not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident, indicating a possible murder-suicide scenario.
The police force has referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct due to the failure to respond to the initial 999 call.
