Overview

• Officers responded around 9 p.m. on Oct. 10 to the 2000 block of North McQueen Road near McQueen and Warner after 911 reports of shots fired.
• Police found 19-year-old Daniel Sublasky with a gunshot wound, and he died at a nearby hospital.
• Witnesses told police a fight between two people preceded the shooting.
• Detectives identified the suspects as 19-year-olds Mateo Bynum and Tanutamani Richards, who were each booked on second-degree homicide charges.
