- Toronto police said the teens were arrested and each charged with second-degree murder in the Aug. 21 shooting of 19-year-old Daniel Amalathas at Scarborough Town Centre.
- Officers found Amalathas fatally shot in a public washroom just before 2 p.m., and a firearm was recovered at the scene.
