• Twila Kilgore served as interim head coach of the U.S. women's national team (USWNT) from August 2023 to May 2024.
• Under Kilgore's leadership, the USWNT won the CONCACAF W Gold Cup and the SheBelieves Cup and had a record of 10-2-1.
