• On Sept. 27, 20 NHL players were placed on waivers, opening a 24-hour claim window that included names such as Travis Boyd, Jack Rathbone and Lukas Cormier.
• The Avalanche placed Alex Barre-Boulet, Tye Felhaber, Jason Polin and T.J. Tynan on waivers.
• Colorado also sent Tristen Nielsen, Jayson Megna, Ivan Ivan and Sean Behrens down without waivers, trimming the camp roster to 40.
• If the Avalanche’s waived players go unclaimed, they are expected to report to the AHL’s Colorado Eagles.
• Colorado currently lists 22 forwards, 12 defensemen and six goaltenders in camp, with Logan O’Connor, Samuel Girard and Mackenzie Blackwood yet to take part in full practices.
