Overview

• On the Oct. 5 broadcast of Día D, Christian Rodríguez and his attorney displayed WhatsApp screenshots with a message he attributes to Gustavo Salcedo warning that “the war… hasn’t even started” and referencing his family “full of blood.”
• The legal team said it delivered to authorities an image of a funeral-style arrangement left at Rodríguez’s home bearing the note, “Take care. With affection,” which they argue was intended to intimidate.
